Tracie moved to Los Angeles in 1995 and quickly realized it was where she truly belonged. Over the past 25+ years, she has developed a deep familiarity with the area, having lived in both Orange and LA counties. Real estate has always been a significant part of Tracie's life—her family owned a real estate brokerage in the Chicagoland area, where she assisted with open houses and performed various administrative tasks. Tracie went on to own her own mortgage brokerage and worked for many years as a loan processor, closing countless purchase transactions. This experience has given her a thorough understanding of title and escrow processes, as well as loan qualification.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Tracie has successfully navigated multiple market cycles as an agent, buyer, and mortgage brokerage owner, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the processes her clients will go through.
